Women in Leadership

2022-2024, Germany – WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP is a photo and film project initiated by photographer Christine Lipski and her creative team, which portrays women who hold management positions in companies. The exhibition provides insights into the world of female executives and shows the exciting perspectives of the diverse career paths of successful women. The special artistic feature of the exhibition WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP is the multimedia combination of photographic portraits with audio installations. The exhibition is accompanied by a photobook with pictures and text contributions.

With her project, Christine Lipski wants to stimulate new, courageous ways of thinking and inspire and encourage girls and women to realize their ideas and career goals: “As long as there is a lack of equality in society, it is important to me to highlight women,” says the photographer and yet feels close to the words of Claudia Dietze: “For me, the crucial thing is that we see ourselves first and foremost as human beings and not as women or men or what kind of gender. We are human first.
